Custom and personalized orders

Measurements and sizing for each item can be found in the description for that item.

Care instructions

Cleaning, of all our bags, should be done using dry cleaning, and each bag has a sewn in label stating such.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Each order comes gift wrapped and is posted from Israel, using the local mail system.

Wholesale availability

If you are interested in purchasing items in numbers large enough to justify a wholesale option, feel free to contact me to discuss that option.

Item Quality: Since my items are made from genuine leather, please allow for small imperfections in the coloration of your unique item. These variations are part of the beauty of working with natural materials. We hope you love your bag, for it is truly made with love.

Registered Mail and Tracking Numbers:
The customer has the option of sending purchased items via registered mail and/or not including a tracking number and/or not including insurance (within countries that allow for it). NOT choosing one or more of these options means BilhaBags take no responsibility for any and all mishaps caused by the delivery process. 
***To date, we have had NO negative delivery events, but to be on the safe side, want to make sure the customer is aware of all his/her options. 
When arranging shipping options for a package, don't forget to include your phone number, including country code and state area code, to insure the shipping company can contact you in the event of any difficulty locating the destination address
